According the rules of 《prevention and cure electronic information production pollution management guide》, The electronic information production which be listed in the main prevention of electronic information production pollution forbid to use Pb，Cd，Hg，?C_I⁶⁺ ，PBDE，PBB and other nocuous materials from July 1^st 2006. To the time before July 1^st 2006, government requires the electronic information production manufacturers to reduce use nocuous materials, and try to find out replaced materials.
